Wattarah is a small Aboriginal Australian owned and run family business. This little business began with one boy who loved animals and wished they moved, felt right in his hands, and matched the world in his imagination.

What we started for him has grown into our passion to create thoughtful, detailed fidget animals for anyone who finds comfort or joy in them.

Refund Policy

While we don’t offer refunds for damaged items.

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement.

To arrange this:

  • Please send us clear photos showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The damaged item will need to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is sent.

  • Customers will need to cover the return postage costs.

If we don't have the item in stock, you will receive a store credit.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping within Australia, but we are working on expanding our international shipping options.

Are your materials eco-friendly?

We 3D print all of our creations using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based plastic made from renewable resources like corn and sugarcane. PLA is biodegradable and eco-friendly, making it a kinder choice for the planet.

While it’s true that PLA needs special conditions to break down fully, its real benefit is in being made from renewable plants, not fossil fuels. This means less reliance on non-renewable resources, and a smaller footprint right from the start.

Caring for your products.

Because our creations are made with PLA, a biodegradable plant-based material, they don’t like heat. Please keep them out of hot cars, direct sunlight, heaters, and dishwashers; high temperatures can cause them to warp or soften.

Treat them with the same care you would with any special keepsake, and they’ll stay strong, smooth, and ready for endless fidgeting and fun.
